Hi there, it's Larry G, and today I want to talk about one of the most important aspects of playing pickleball: bending your knees.
You might be thinking, "Why is this so important?" Well, bending your knees helps you stay balanced, allows you to move more quickly and change direction, and also helps you generate more power in your shots.
So, next time you're on the court, remember to keep your knees slightly bent, especially when you're about to hit the ball. This will help you stay on your toes and be ready to move in any direction.
Another thing to keep in mind is to avoid locking your knees. This can cause unnecessary strain on your joints and also make it harder for you to move around.
So, in summary, always remember to bend your knees when playing pickleball. It might seem like a small thing, but it can make a big difference in your overall performance on the court.
