This is one of my favorite pickleball drills that I do for hand speed training. It's a super simple drill that I even used to do against my refrigerator

I used to do this drill EVERY day for 15minutes at a time, put on some music, and get a solid drill session throughout the day. It tremendously helped my hand speed, reflexes, and ability to switch between forehand and backhand in hand battles. Hope this helps some of you out there as well!

One of the most important shots in Pickleball is the 3rd drop shot, but more and more we started seeing advanced players choosing to drive the ball and force the other team to make a mistake, instead of doing the 3rd drop shot.
On this video, I show how I do my practice to "Block a Drive Shot".
Here, I'm using the Pickle (Pickleball Machine by Lobster), but you can do the same practice together with a friend.
I talk about the machine settings, grip pressure, positioning, and I also show a real practice with my good shots and bad ones too.
