You've probably heard that when you're up at the kitchen and you get attacked with a shot to your body, you should use your backhand to defend it.
That's true!
We also teach that in your ready position while up at the kitchen you should favor your backhand slightly in case you get attacked.
But what about those balls that are hit towards your paddle side shoulder or armpit. Those balls are tricky and really hard to defend with your backhand.
