Work to prevent pickleball injuries. Let's avoid that shoulder bursitis or ache from creeping into our shoulder. The shoulder is key to everything we do on the pickleball court. Spend some time giving it the love it deserves - minimize shoulder pain by strengthening the muscles that stabilize the rotator cuff.

In this video series we give you some basic strengthening exercises aimed at pickleball that you can do at home.

NOTE - we are pickleball professionals - not medical professionals. We do not offer any medical advice or guidance. These are suggestions based on things that have worked for me in the past. If you are unsure as to whether you should do any of the exercises or movements in this video, consult your physician. If any of the exercises or movements in this video cause you pain or discomfort, STOP and consult your physician before proceeding.
