Win more hand battles 👇
Watch the near side player on the even side.
Begin by making sure your paddle is out in front of you and your knees are bent, with your stance just outside your shoulders.
Move your legs first, and your hands will naturally follow. Moving our legs means shifting side to side or up and back. It does not mean to jump each time we contact the ball.
As soon as you see your opponent initiate a hand battle, shift in the direction of the ball and that will put your paddle in the right position. After that, it comes down to making sure your paddle face is facing the correct direction.
Focus on aiming your paddle face towards your opponents shoe laces when you’re on offense or in a neutral position.
Shift backwards and reset the ball when you’re in a defensive position.
SAVE IT!
